Except for third-party materials described below, the Site and its original content, design, and branding (including the BrightPath name and logo) are owned by BrightPath and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
5. Third-Party Online Sources and Services
The Site is built with, and relies on, the following third-party online sources and services. Your use of the Site may involve requests to these providers, and their own terms and policies apply:
- Images via Unsplash. Placeholder and sample photographs are served from Unsplash and used under the Unsplash License. Photographs remain the property of their respective photographers.
- Fonts via Google Fonts. The "Inter" and "Poppins" typefaces are delivered by Google Fonts (open-source fonts under the SIL Open Font License).
- Form handling via Formspree. Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to us by email.
- Hosting via Vercel. The Site is hosted and delivered through Vercel.
