This policy explains what BrightPath Digital, LLC collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this marketing site only.

This document is a general template, not legal advice. BrightPathDigital Pro describes custody, credit and payment services, which are regulated activities in most jurisdictions. This text has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer, and should be before the site goes live.

01Information we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you enter. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.

Our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) as part of serving the site.

02Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Your theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.

03How we use your information

  • To reply to you, and to continue a conversation you started.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.
  • To meet a legal obligation where one applies.

We do not sell your personal information.

04Third-party services we rely on

  • Formspree processes contact-form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
  • Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard request logs.
  • Google Fonts serves the typefaces used here, which involves your browser requesting font files.

05Data retention

Contact-form messages are kept as long as they are useful for the conversation they belong to, and then deleted. Server logs are retained on our host's standard schedule.

06Your privacy rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us. Email alfred@brightpathdigital.pro and we will act on it.

07Data security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

08Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

09International visitors

The site is operated from the United States. Using it means your information may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate.
